TOM GIESKEN
PRESIDENT/CEO

        After founding the Putnam County YMCA and becoming its Executive Director for 5 years, Tom worked approximately 3 years for Root Outdoor Advertising and Lamar Advertising in Leasing. Tom was accountable for a territory with approximately 900 billboards. He procured relationships with government officials as well as with communities of interest. He negotiated contracts and lease agreements with property and business owners over a 20 county region and worked directly with state and local municipalities to acquire the necessary permits for building the signs. He also built more structures in 1999 than anyone previously in the history of the company as well as being responsible for certain PSA (Public Service Announcement) campaigns within company.
